1. Membership & Payment / 会员与付款

• All fees must be paid in advance. 所有费用须提前支付。

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. 会员资格不可退还或转让。

2. Health & Safety / 健康与安全

• Train at your own risk. 训练需自行承担风险。

• Please inform us of any injuries or medical conditions. 若有受伤或健康问题，请提前告知。

• The gym is not responsible for any injury or accident. 本馆不承担任何训练期间的伤害或意外责任。

3. Gym Rules / 馆内守则

• Respect coaches and other members. 尊重教练与其他会员。

• Keep the gym clean and return all equipment after use. 保持环境整洁，使用后请归还器材。

4. Personal Belongings / 个人物品

• Keep your valuables safe. 请妥善保管贵重物品。

• The gym is not liable for any lost or stolen items. 本馆不对遗失或被盗物品负责。

5. Media Consent / 影像使用授权

• Photos/videos taken in the gym may be used for marketing or social media. 本馆可能使用训练照片或影片于宣传或社交媒体。

• Inform us if you do not wish to appear. 若不希望被拍摄，请提前告知。

6. Liability Waiver / 责任免除声明

• You understand and accept the risks of martial arts training. 您理解并接受武术训练的潜在风险。

• THE APES MUAY THAI & MMA, its coaches, and staff are not responsible for any injuries or damages.
  THE APES MUAY THAI & MMA 及其教练与员工不对任何伤害或损失承担责任。
